We are located in New Zealand, and ship to clients all over the world.
Our flat rate shipping costs include our signature Flo Foxworthy packaging, and tracking to ensure your order arrives safely.
This is a one-person business, and Flo makes all the sewn garments to order.
We aim to make and ship orders within 10 days, and will contact you if we anticipate any delays when making your order.
Please understand that we can not give refunds on items simply because you change your mind, so please take time to consider your purchase.

New Zealand
Courier with tracking NZ$14.00
3 - 5 business days from shipping date.
Australia
Economy courier with tracking NZ$25
3 - 10 business days from shipping date.
International
Economy courier with tracking NZ$45
5 - 12 business days from shipping date
Please note that this does not include any duties, import taxes or tarrifs that may apply in your country. If you have any questions, please contact us.
United States
We will complete a digital customs form to accompany your shipment, this is a requirement to send items to the USA.
Priority Express Shipping
International
If you need your order urgently, please choose the Priority Express shipping option and we will send you a quote for the cost of shipping via DHL.
This shipping fee will be charged seperately.
This option usually takes 3 - 5 business days from the date of order.
Shipping delays
Due to the current international situation we cannot guarantee that there may be unforseen shipping delays after a parcel is sent.
We always use a tracked shipping service so you can track the location of your shipment.
Returns
Faulty items
If the item you have ordered is the wrong size or colour, please contact us and we'll exchange it for another item of the same value.
If the quality of your item is not satisfactory, please contact us and we will arrange to send a replacement or give you a refund.
We will be responsible for any return shipping costs due to faulty goods or error on our part.
Change of mind
Due to the intimate nature of our garments, please understand that we can not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong items.
Please check that you have ordered the correct size and color - if you're unsure, contact Flo and she'll help you choose the best size for your figure!
How to Return
Items must be returned to us in brand-new, unworn condition with tags still attached - If you are unsure about the fit of your items, please try them on over a pair of clean underwear first.
Due to the intimate nature of our products, we can not accept returns on garments which have been worn except in the case of a faulty product.
You are responsible for all return shipping costs in the event of exchange due to the customer choosing the wrong size
